This quiet and secluded holiday villa offers the beaches of Versilia and a rental vacation in Tuscany with the whole family an opportunity to relax in the wonderful and exclusive sea side town of Forte Dei Marmi. The garden and patio allows for family meals to be enjoyed outside in the sunshine, shaded by the automatic blind (tenda) or inside. Located in Forte Dei Marmi, Versilia and a short walk from the fabulous Trattoria Pesce Palla restaurant redesigned by Carlo Cracco, of Masterchef fame, Imperiale Gelatoria, Europa tennis courts or just a ten minute bicycle ride to the beach or town centre. We bicycle to the nearby (approximately 10 minutes) RG Supermercato for food but there are nearer local shops (Enoteca Morena) that provide speciality food and wine at via Barbiera and essentials such a bread and milk at Panetteria Nicolini together with Bar and Tabacchi amongst others on Via Sant'Elme. For additional entertainment there is a table tennis table, swing ball, inflatable pool, television, DVD player, WiFi and bicycles.
Along the seafront you have your choice of beach clubs to rent depending on your requirements. At the end of Via C. Columbo is Bagno Costanza that also has a swimming pool, bar and restaurant.
The beach clubs with their own swimming pools amongst others are Costanza, Alaide, Piero, Annetta.
Amenities
Inside the property there is a kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. Clothes are washed in the Machine and dried on a washing line in the sunshine in the traditional way.
The living room has TV, DVD, WiFi and plenty of seating. In the bedrooms and sitting room there is air conditioning.
